The TOTVS Quality Management System is supported by:

  • Certification ISO 9001:2008 – A rule that requires the demonstration of capacity to provide products that meet the clients' requisitions (applicable regulatory requisitions), with the purpose to increase their approval.
     
  • SAS 70 – Statement on Auditing Standards No 70 - SAS 70 - A report issued by a third-party entity, in which the efficiency of the company's operation control is audited to verify the control adherence.

  • MPS_br (Best Practices) - it is an important Brazilian program of training and evaluation of companies that wish to improve their software development process. Released by SOFTEX, in December 2003, MPS Program includes seven maturity levels, it is compatible with the CMMI international model and in accordance with to rules ISO/IEC 12207 and 15504.
